3. User Responsibilities

• Account Creation: To use our services, restaurant owners must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and use of our services.
• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.

4. Ordering and Payments

• Ordering Process: Customers can view the menu via QR codes or links and place orders directly through WhatsApp. Restaurant owners will receive these orders and can communicate with customers to finalize details.
• Payment Methods: We support various payment methods, including cash on delivery and digital payments via links. Restaurants are responsible for managing their payment collections.
• Fees and Subscriptions: We offer subscription plans, including Pro (AED 99/month) and Pro Plus (AED 999/year). These plans offer different levels of access and support. Fees are subject to change with notice to subscribers.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused services.
